To achieve this, we took coffees from Sumatra, Colombia, and Guatemala a bit darker than our other offerings.

This makes Icarus the ideally balanced, rich, low-acidity warm weather beverage that holds up to any creamy additions, or, when taken straight, drinks almost like a silky and complex bourbon.

You’ll taste toasted walnut, baker’s chocolate, sweet caramel, and a little pipe tobacco.

Many already know the story:

Daedalus, a legendary sculptor/inventor, and his son Icarus escape captivity in Crete by taking flight with homemade wings of wax and string. Daedalus warned his son to fly at a specific altitude but Icarus got carried away by his newly found power and soared higher. His wings melted, and he fell to his death in the ocean.

Guys, it’s getting hot. The world is quite literally burning. It has us thinking. And we know we’re not alone.
