Mezcla De La Jefa is the house blend that we developed with our friends at La Jefa in Philly and Cafe Estelar in Mexico. This coffee is a carefully roasted blend of Chiapas and Veracruz. This combo gives the coffee a slightly sweet, and subtle fruit-forward note balanced with hints of caramel, nuts, and milk chocolate.
